Educational use only
DrNote provides educational material for exam preparation. It is not medical advice, clinical decision support, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use it as a substitute for qualified professional judgment or authoritative clinical guidance.
Content can contain mistakes or become outdated. You are responsible for checking important information against current primary sources, official guidelines, and your training program’s requirements.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. You may not scrape, resell, systematically copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, or use DrNote to violate another person’s rights or applicable law. Do not upload patient-identifying information or protected health information.
Free and paid plans
Free-plan limits are described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically at the displayed interval until canceled. Prices, currency conversion, and applicable taxes are shown at Checkout. You can cancel through the customer billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We do not promise that every feature or item will always be available or error-free.
Intellectual property
DrNote and its original content, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted availability, exam results, or fitness for clinical use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited in your jurisdiction.
